Liam’s Thoughts 8 Months Before the Trip

I’m getting ready for the trip in a couple of months. I’m really excited for the trip because I get to see different cultures.  I am wondering what kind of food egyptians eat.  And see what their houses look like, are they adobe or are they like our houses here in the states. I also want to see agriculture. Perhaps what kinds of plants grow in the desert such as cacti.  This trip I’m going to be the photographer in the family so I’m excited to see where this is going to go. And If I had to choose something I’m nervous about it would be snakes, they freak me out.  I’m also a little nervous though because I wont be able too see my friends for a half of a year.  After Christmas break starts I won’t be able to see my friends until middle school.    And I miss half of my last year in elementary school.  I am having a struggle deciding which middle school I will be going to because all of my friends that live far away are going to Powell so I wont be able to see them as much.  But all of my friends that live close to me are going to Newton. So I really can not decide. What do you think?

For the family and the blog I have come up with an idea to have every person in the family have a different symbol.  Such as Spades, Clubs, Hearts, And Diamonds. You can see I’ve already chosen Clubs. My sister chose diamonds. My dad chose spades.  And my mom chose hearts.
